What is POUND, you ask?

Where is this taking place?
All classes will meet at the Old Danielsville Gym.
When are classes?
POUND fitness classes take place on Thursdays from 6pm - 7pm, unless noted otherwise.
Do I need to bring anything?
We suggest bringing a yoga mat, water, and a work out towel. Ripsticks are provided!
What about any age restrictions?
For these sessions, we're asking that you be at least 13 years old. Those under the age of 18 must have their legal parent/guardian present during class. Give us a call if you have children younger than 13 who are interested.
What does it cost?
Individual sessions are $10 per person, but if you sign up for four sessions at one time you'll get the fourth one free! To receive this discount, you must register for four sessions at a time. Payment for one session is not transferable to another session.
How many people will be in each class?
There's currently a maximum of 27 participants per session to ensure there's enough space to safely conduct your POUND fitness class.
Will you offer additional classes than what's listed?
Of course! We typically add a month's worth of classes the last week of the month, so check back then.
